If we are your C/TPA, we can work with your local clinic to perform the drug and alcohol collections if you are not close to one of our office locations in Baldwin or Menomonie, WI.

Drug Test Midwest is in a nationwide testing network.  If you have over the road drivers, we can just enter a zip code and find the closest location your driver can walk in with a digital CCF.

Drug Test Midwest LLC can help your company run annual batches for the DOT Clearinghouse requirement.

We will store all your MIS information and drug/alcohol results in our portal for easy access in case you have an audit.
